two in a row...

the second of "the space between" series came into being this morning.

the process is very much the same as with my other quilted drawings; going upstairs, seeing what fabrics call to me to be used, developing a composition, editing, standing back, making changes, editing again...until i finally know the work is finished.

the phrase associated with the drawing came as i climbed the stairs, feeling inspired but without any idea as to what the drawing would look like:

i'm in love with the neon orange thread. it has a lovely jolt to it.
