here are three of the collages i've made to (hopefully) sell at the carlisle arts learning center (see previous post). i made them with pieces and snippets of images from leftover calendars and moo cards. I'm really happy with the way they turned out and look forward to making more. i took the photos with my iphone in the kitchen, so they're not the greatest, but they give you the idea...
do you recognize/remember the various quilts i used? i'm really enjoying combining them!
i embossed a rectangle on each sheet of watercolor paper before glueing the collages in place. I like the effect it gives - sort of like a mat.
