a notebook...

i thought i'd try my hand at making a little notebook. still have to cut and fold some paper and stitch it in, but the cover is finished. i guess i should just call it a folder for now, right?

Folder. 7.5" tall x 6.75" wide. haircloth, cotton, ink, pellon interfacing.

the chartreuse lining, satin stitched edge and accents are a nice contrast with the taupe. i was thinking of using the chartreuse with my next textile painting, so it was nice to try it out and see how it works with the haircloth.

my mind spinning with ideas…not good when it's time to head to bed!
